Amused, Skreth watched the simp-bots rise from the asphalt and begin their predictable zombie lurch toward him. He knew these city-men, knew their tactics. Although strong and fit, they lacked raw aggression; relied too much on city-tools. Soft, from pampered city-life. Death, they, now… The city-men began to spread out before him. The one called Darius limped as he moved, favoring his injured left leg. The one called Varen pressed his left hand to his right flank, cradling broken ribs. And Bradford, right fist raised, turned to shield his broken left arm which hung lame and crooked at his side. Scowling, Skreth circled to his left toward Darius.
