Sebastian,
I assume that you
have heard the statement that the Board prepared for Feizer. Disregard, per
usual. Our main focus will now be on either acquiring Omnert Enterprises, or at
least preventing e-PHEMERUS from acquiring them.
Recent
intelligence from InterCorporate Investigations suggests that Omnert’s Board of
Directors have no interest in merging with either Corporation at this time.
They are banking on a very covert “special project” being developed by a
bright, young Senior Developer in their Technology Department: Ean Edward
Omnert.
InterCorporate
Investigations is currently preparing a dossier on Ean (pronounced, “Ian”), who
is Alvin Omnert’s second oldest son from his first marriage. You may also find
it interesting to note that Ean is a very vocal opponent of the A-4 Act, and
may be drafting legislation to weaken or overturn it.
Bottom line:
PRO-T-EN Industries will usurp Omnert Enterprises, along with their
Consuls in The House, The Senate, and even their pitiful Zondreth Nestlee, who
now presides as the odd woman out between PRO-T-EN and e-PHEMERUS on The
Supreme Court.
I want that
thirteenth seat!
